The lady at the counter is irresponsible and no respect to customers. My Husband purchased a box of pooja flowers, paid and when I checked it was not good. So when my husband asked to exchange the flower box, she was convincing as it was today’s shipment. Since my kids were in the car, I told my husband to come back n I went inside the store to explain the flowers were not good. She spoke gently till other customers were inside and changed tone when I was alone asking for exchange. She gave silly reasons for not accepting the exchange as box was damaged (even though flowers were not). She was too harsh n did not respond properly. In the end she just taped the same box n gave me the flowers which was not good

Viveke Flowers is the best! Their arrangements are beautiful and fresh, and their authentic jasmine from India is unbelievable — a true jasmine scent you can’t find anywhere else. Amazing quality and even better service. Highly recommended! 🌸✨

The lady at the counter is irresponsible and no respect to customers. I have experienced every time I go. She don’t respond even if you call multiple times. There was one item I wanted to buy and asked her if there is a discount, her response was “can’t you see the price tag?” . Then I left the store and went to Patel which is next to Vivek and I found same item in Patel for half the price. I know vivek is super expensive but not this much difference. I’m posting the pictures for the same. Same item vivek charged $45+tax and I see exact same item in Patel for $24.99. I’m giving 1 star bcz there is no Zero particularly for that lady attitude which I heard same feedback on her from my other friends also.

I have been visiting VIVEK Flowers whenever I come to Patels grocery store. They have a good selection of fresh flowers. The place offers a diverse variety of Indian pooja / religious items. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Pros: Option of ordering flowers ahead of time A vast selection of pooja items Home decor Cons: Price is bit on the higher side
